Un-FORTUNE-ately, it was time to say good-bye :)

A customer who was, sadly, moving to Texas, wanted to say good-bye to her co-workers with cupcakes. Chinese good-luck symbols and "fortune cookies" (made of fondant) each containing a personalized good-bye message.

Some cupcakes ordered for the final class in a series of pottery classes. Chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and decorated with fondant replicas of some of the pottery tools the class learned to use!
